No performance, no pressure, simply show up on the screen and write from your heart.
We begin with breath and stillness to soften the inner critic and settle the nervous system. From there, presence deepens. Creativity emerges naturally. Masks fall away. Truth rises. Writing becomes less about producing and more about listening and letting it flow. Whether you write fiction, memoir, poetry or bullet points - every voice is welcome.
The writing prompts are lightly inspired by astrology - as the energy unfolding in the sky is often reflected in our own lives.
Together, we explore the power of the written word as a path back to ourselves, our wisdom, our shared humanity.

Breathing Room is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
Each session begins with grounding and breath awareness—a gentle arrival into the present moment.
From there, Alysa guides a rhythmic breathing journey designed to create spaciousness in both body and mind. The experience concludes with rest, reflection, and integration.
This experience is especially supportive if you’re moving through:

This is not a workshop. Not a class. The Living Room is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and return to the wisdom already within you. Through movement, breath, reflection, and genuine human connection, we create space for what is often overlooked: the quiet voice beneath the demands, expectations, and distractions of the world.
Led by Alysa Osvog, through the three living doorways of The Presence Method™:

Breath — creating rhythm, spaciousness, and renewal.
